Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change, the orders in progress will be notified of the pricing change.
All prices listed on this site are understood to include VAT.
For food supplements, the VAT rate is 10% and for dermo-cosmetics VAT is 22%.
WAYS TO PURCHASE
Different ways of purchasing are available to meet different customer needs:
- via web: sign-up and purchase online
- by phone: call +39 06.967.01.660
- via email: by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Different forms of payment are possible:
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express ..
Online credit card transactions are made directly through the Paypal site via a secure server, meeting the security standards.
Payment will be made to the account: email@example.com
Cash on Delivery:
In the case of purchase with cash on delivery, payment must be made only with cash. No checks or other forms of payment other than cash are accepted.
Early Bank Transfer:
The bank transfer must be made in the name of: Aeglexa S.r.l. –
The transfer must include: name and surname of the payer, all data provided at time of order, order date. Once the transfer has been made, send our accountant an email to speed up the delivery of the goods.
All shipments are made via Express Courier.
All freight forwarding is guaranteed in a fixed time. If the parcel is lost or damaged during transport, Aeglexa srl will secure the delivery of the goods without further expense to the customer.
For payments by credit card, PayPal: the cost of shipment on Italian territory is: 10 € Euro
For purchases of up to 500 Euros: free shipping in the Italian territory.
Shipments can be made to homes, offices … and wherever someone is responsible for receiving the goods, as indicated in the notes at the time of billing.
For shipments in Europe, the shipping cost varies according to the country of the recipient.
For shipments around the world, a higher shipping rate is required, depending on the destination area and the weight / volume of the purchase order.
There is no minimum order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipment of the goods is done by our office within 2 business days of the order.
Once the goods are shipped, delivery takes place in 24/48 hours:
24 hours for all destinations in Italy excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia;
48 hours for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia.
The shipment tracking number is sent to the customer via email confirming the shipment.
The purchased item is sent to the address given by the customer at the registration stage, if a different destination is indicated at the time of purchase, use the different destination section. The invoice will be sent from our system to the email address indicated by the customer. If requested by the customer, the invoice will be attached to the shipment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Aeglexa srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation.
Product sales via the Internet are governed by D.Lgs. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, carried out outside the commercial premises.
This legislation provides the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement for the expenditures incurred. This right is reserved only to direct customers/consumers.
Standard procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send back to Aeglexa srl within 14 working days of the goods delivery date. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org the request for the return, please specify: name and surname, order number, date of order, bank coordinates.
- Wait for Aeglexa srl to submit a withdrawal authorization with return authorization number
- Then, make the shipment with a courier of your choice and at your own expense. Ship the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and intact with the address indicated by Aeglexa srl.
- Indicate on the packaging the Return Authorization Number provided and send the product to the address indicated.
Within 30 days Aeglexa srl will provide a refund(by bank transfer) of the cost of the shipped goods, excluding the costs of the first shipment. The right of withdrawal will be completely cancelled if the returned product is not complete.
SUSPENSION / DAMAGE OF GOODS
In the event of goods being lost during transport, ascertained by our courier, Aeglexa srl will arrange for a new shipment without any charges for the customer.
In case of goods damage during transport, please:
- if the parcel shows obvious signs of damage: write “acceptance with reservation” on the delivery coupon, together with your signature;
- send direct communication by email to email@example.com, attaching photographic evidence of the damaged product and indicate: name, surname, order number, short explanation of the damage.
Once you have found responsibility for the damage while transporting by courier, Aeglexa will arrange for a new shipment without any charges for the customer.
For the purposes of the protection and treatment of personal data communicated, as expressed by the Privacy Act, Aeglexa srl declares that the data of the customers will in no way be disseminated and / or resold to third parties.
The data will be used to send commercial offers and communications in line with the customer interests.
